Double Tree by Hilton Alana - Waikiki Beach is looking for Food and Beverage Cashier (On Call). Located at the edge of Waikiki beach with the Royal Hawaiian Center, and Ala Moana Center within a mile. Our hotel has 317 guest rooms and 9,000+ square feet of event space.

Ideal Candidate
  • Flexible varied scheduling availability.
  • 1 year customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Ability to operate POS system independently.
  • TB Clearance certificate required.
Shift Pattern

AM, PM (varied – including weekends and holidays): 5:45am-10:30am and/or 5:00pm-10:00pm

Pay Rate

$27.42

Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet.
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards.
  • Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a supervisor, if necessary.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
