Job Summary:
We are seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring the work area is sanitized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience of 3 to 6 months in a similar role
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends and/or holidays, if needed
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and logging information on forms are crucial skills

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Work in a hot and humid environment

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
