Role: Bartender

Status: Part‑Time (20‑29 hours per week)

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager

• Mix, prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Provide excellent service by engaging with members/guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and adhere to health and safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a front bar bartender or server.
• Basic knowledge of all forms of alcohol, wine and beverages.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and lift a full beer keg for rotation.

Starting Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Waialae Country Club has a no‑tipping policy; however, this position is eligible to earn a service charge.
