The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Assistant Banquet Manager who will plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. The Assistant Banquet Manager reports directly to the Director of Banquets and Assistant Director F&B.

- Ability to select, teach, lead and coach our Banquet team in cultural and core standards.
- Strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and achieve strong guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark.
- Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- Innovative style to drive creativity and innovation in Banquet setup and guest experience.
- BEO setup and execution in compliance with Four Seasons service standards.
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience required.
- 1‑3 years previous experience as assistant manager in Banquets or other Food & Beverage outlets.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance merchandising, and accounting.
- Strong systems knowledge using Delphi, Micros, Hotsos, Avero, preferred but not required.
- Ability to supervise, train, and schedule over 40 associates.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
