Role:
Room Attendant

The Room Attendant maintains clean, attractive guestrooms and provides attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping carts.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
  • Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
  • Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
  • Replenish chemical bottles.
  • Report missing items from rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately.
  • Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
