Job Summary

As an essential part of the guest services team, the Butler is responsible for continually improving and maximizing each guest’s experience. The role provides an exceptional level of personalized service, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and operating in accordance with hotel standards.

• Work with GSA to obtain pre‑arrival data such as guest names, ages of children, contact information, stay dates, flight details, transport arrangements, concierge services, food & beverage preferences, room set‑up preferences, and special requests.
• Maintain complete knowledge of guest profiles and ensure positive guest relations at all times.
• Stay current on all departmental services, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Operate Opera (Property Management System) and process miscellaneous charges and payments to guest accounts.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate guest requests promptly, including resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform or delegate housekeeping duties: cleanliness, sanitation, organization of guest and work areas, unpacking, packing, laundry, light valet, pressing, dry cleaning, shoe care, Jacuzzi and dry sauna preparation, dishwashing, general tidying, suite servicing, and turndown schedules.
• Provide F&B services: table setting, beverage service, simple cooking or ordering, inventory management, pantry replenishment, customization of menus, wine pairings, dishwasher operation, and serving meals.
• Deliver concierge services: business services, dining recommendations, reservations, attraction/ activity/ tour planning, floral arrangements, local event assistance, personal shopping, spa/massage services, child‑care arrangements, transportation, and safety/security guidance.
• Carry out any additional duties directed by hotel management.
