Responsibilities:- Participate in recruitment, selection and conduct interviews for new hires and exit interviews for departing female workers, maintaining a comprehensive database of exit interview feedback.
- Build strong relationships with female workers, creating an environment where they feel comfortable sharing concerns and feedback.
- Effectively handle grievances from female workers, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Organize and lead training sessions for female workers on a variety of relevant topics.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to the Midas Safety Management (MSM) system and HSE responsibilities
