Job Description:
The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across
its CONUS & OCONUS operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition,
operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh,
activities associated with customer Unified Communication (UC) services. Our mission on this program will be the design, transition, operations, and continual service
improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, or Capital Equipment Replacement
Program (CERP) activities associated with the clients’ LANs, WAN and Unified Communication
services. Become a part of our great team and make a difference. Responsibilities: ● Provide technical knowledge of VoIP/PBX telephony systems. ● Support IM systems (Jabber, Webex, Teams). ● Support A/V streaming (Vbrick Rev, IMC). ● Work with VTC equipment (TMS, CODEC, MCU, CMS). ● Train lower-level employees and assist engineering. ● Use knowledge of network topology and related tools. ● Provide VTC service: scheduling, monitoring, admin support.
● Use ticketing software for workload management. ● Perform IOS/software upgrades. ● Understand dialing protocols (H.323,
E.164, SIP). ● Troubleshoot UC&C issues and perform root cause analysis. ● You will work with tools like: CUCM, CUBE/VCS, MCU, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Telepresence Management Suite (TMS), Vbrick Rev, Integrated Management Controller (IMC), and more. ● Assist with documentation, SOPs, and training. , ● Perform patching and ensure security compliance. ● Create/report notifications per SOP. ● Participate in special projects.
Required
Skills and Experience:
● TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly ● IAT II certification (mandatory) Desired Skills and
Certifications:
● Network+ ● ITIL Foundations or Agile Foundations ● CCT Collaboration ● CCNP Collaboration (various tracks)
