ERP Business Analyst

Position Overview

ERP Business Analyst - Honolulu, Hawai'i (Hybrid).
Contract Type: 6 months.
Company: TEKsystems.

TEKsystems is seeking a detail‑oriented ERP Business Analyst to support a full‑scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation for a respected local organization. The contract role will focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the ERP system.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for ERP configuration and development.
• Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, training, and change‑management activities to support user adoption.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to project documentation and reporting.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Net Suite).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
• Preferred experience supporting RFP development and evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Must be located in Hawai'i.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position based out of Honolulu, HI. Contract position.
