Location: Honolulu, Hawai'i - Hybrid (FIRST 90 DAYS FULLY ON SITE)

Contract Type: 12 Months

At TEKsystems we are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Business Analyst to support a full-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation for a respected local organization. This contract role will focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the ERP system. Ideal candidates will have experience in ERP systems, business process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for ERP configuration and development.
• Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, training, and change management activities to support user adoption.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to project documentation and reporting.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Net Suite).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
• Preferred experience supporting RFP development and evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Must be located in Hawai'i

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Honolulu, HI.
