The RQ208737 AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15 (SAWO) Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15 combat system operations. Daily tasks include designing and conducting instructional sessions, evaluating student performance, creating course materials, and providing real‑world operational insight. The role requires collaboration with a team to ensure the delivery of effective and mission‑aligned training. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Honolulu, HI.

• Experience with AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15 systems, including operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong instructional design and training delivery capabilities
• Knowledge of naval operations and system application in a military setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with relevant software, tools, and documentation to support training development
• Experience in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military/commercial experience
• Eligible for U.S. government security clearance; active clearance preferred
