Location:

Compensation: $200K - $225K
We are a venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Our flagship protocol, deployed across multiple chains, connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stable coins to enable, real-time, compliant capital movement for institutions. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue.
Reporting directly to the Founder / CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. This is a highly hands‑on role where you will define the strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design scalable playbooks, and close lighthouse deals across exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.
Key Responsibilities
• GTM & Revenue Engine Ownership:
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and territories across Trad Fi and crypto, setting quarterly OKRs and revenue targets.
• Sales Motion Creation:
Build and manage the full funnel, creating repeatable sales motions for key segments (asset managers, stablecoin issuers, payment orchestrators, etc.).
• Enterprise Sales & Partnerships:
Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery through Legal / Info Sec / Compliance and structure strategic partnerships that unlock step‑function adoption.
• Commercial Strategy:
Negotiate commercial terms (volume tiers, usage-based pricing, rev share) and define incentive structures to drive institutional and DeFi adoption.
• Product Narrative:
Craft and champion the positioning of the protocol as the neutral liquidity layer; build enterprise-grade enablement tools (ROI models, case studies, integration guides).
• Ecosystem Development:
Map the institutional on-chain finance landscape, identify high-value use cases, and orchestrate pilots that move real financial flows.
• Scaling
Infrastructure: Stand up necessary systems (CRM, forecasting, operational cadence) and recruit and develop a lean, high-leverage team (AE / BDR / Revenue Ops) as milestones are hit.
