Perform semiannual preventive maintenance (PM), emergency response within 2 hours, repairs, and field commissioning for BAS equipment and DDC controllers.

• Execute semiannual PM on BAS hardware/software; calibrate sensors.
• Respond to emergencies within 2 hours; work continuously until resolved.
• Install or replace DDC controllers, wire terminations, and perform point testing.
• Apply firmware updates within manufacturer timelines; document changes.
• Submit QA forms and site trip reports within required windows.

• Factory certifications: MEIDS/Genesis
  64, Delta Controls, Automated Logic (as applicable).
• 5+ years field controls experience in mission‑critical facilities.
• Ability to travel locally; valid passport/visa for OCONUS roles.
• Active SECRET clearance.
