We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior Service Now Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex Service Now implementations and solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on driving digital transformation through the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable Service Now solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
- Customize and configure Service Now applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
- Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Stay current with Service Now releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
- Support pre‑sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now platform development and administration.
- Proven track record of successful Service Now implementations in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of experience with successful Service Now implementations.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and data models.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Junior: CSA and at least 1 CIS (any) and CAD.
- Intermediate: CSA, at least 2 CIS (any), and CAD.
- Senior: CAS, at least 3 CIS (any), and CAD.
