Chinese Operational Language Analyst Level 3

Responsibilities

• Process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations.
• Translate and/or transcribe complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.
• Gist complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.

Qualifications

• US Citizen only.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph required.
• Recent (within the last two years) validated ILR Skill Level 3; scores must be listed on resume with the test date.
• Minimum of ten years full‑time combined cryptologic language processing, related language or related cryptologic experience and a bachelor’s degree, or four additional years of related applied practical work experience to substitute for the degree.
• At least six of the ten years of experience in cryptologic operations language processing.
• At least six of the ten years of experience in the required language.
• At least four of the six years of experience in the required language in cryptologic language processing.
• At least three of the six years of experience in the required language in translating/transcribing and gisting.
• At least one of the six years of experience in the required language in quality‑control review of audio and text translations at ILR level 3.
• No more than three of the ten years of experience can be reporting as primary duty.
• One of the six years of experience must be within six years of resume submission.

Compensation

Range: $76,497.17 - $ (total compensation package; additional benefits include medical insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, maternity/paternity leave, 401(k) match, training/education reimbursement, and other work/life programs).
