Associate Attorney

Entry-Level Attorney - Bankruptcy Law Firm (Downtown Honolulu) Blake Goodman, PC () seeking a newly Hawaii licensed attorney to join our practice.
If you didn't plan on bankruptcy law in law school—but want real courtroom experience, client contact, and practical skills—this is an excellent place to start your career.

What You'll Do:

-Meet directly with clients and help them navigate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases
-Draft bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and routine pleadings
-Appear at 341 meetings and standard hearings (with training and support)
-Communicate with trustees, creditors, and clients
-Learn how a consumer bankruptcy practice actually runs, day to day
