Job DescriptionThe Revenue and Debit Card Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end processes for consumer and small business deposit products and related fees. The role develops strategies to increase fee revenue through market assessments, manages relationships with internal departments and external vendors, and oversees the bank’s debit and ATM card portfolio.
Primary Accountabilities Fee Revenue- Manage fee and product portfolios to support balance sheet and income statement goals.
- Set and manage goals for fee revenue, product promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor the competitive environment and assess impacts on profitability.
- Quantify financial impact of initiatives and present business cases.
- Obtain approval and implement fee and product initiatives.
- Manage projects to develop and implement new fees, products and campaigns.
- Develop planning sheets for new fees/packages with budget, cost/benefit analysis and schedules.
- Track and report performance of fee initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage consumer and business debit/ATM portfolio to identify new fee revenue opportunities.
- Increase key performance metrics for penetration, activation and utilization.
- Design and lead campaigns to migrate customers to debit channels.
- Provide product tools to support sales teams.
- Manage contracts with network, processor and delivery channel vendors.
- Assist compliance, risk and audit teams with regulatory alignment.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency across the card lifecycle.
- Report and communicate performance against goals.
- Maintain relationships with sales teams, front line and support areas.
- Negotiate and manage customer and vendor agreements.
- Work with training to disseminate product knowledge and sales tools.
- Assist Department Manager in implementing strategic initiatives prioritized by the Executive Committee.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Management.
- 6+ years in Finance or Accounting.
- 3+ years in banking.
- 3+ years of management or 5+ years supervisory experience.
- Perform light physical work, lift up to 20 lbs.
- Use standard office equipment.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers; good hearing.
- Read and understand bank‑related documents.
- Work in a conventional office setting; adapt to different environments.
