  • Remove blockers and enhance team performance through servant leadership.
  • Connect program outcomes to organizational success for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Risk, etc.) for smooth program implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage stakeholders to co-design youth-centered programs and services.

  • Identify and address operational gaps to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Support teams in using data and feedback loops to refine services and measure impact.
  • Promote the use of youth voice to identify improvements through feedback loops, testing, and engagement.
  • Monitor metrics to inform decisions and drive results (e.g., kamali’i satisfaction, referrals).
  • Develop and optimize systems and workflows that support program planning, development, launches, and sunsets.
Other Duties
  • Contribute to LT’s success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet key deadlines.
