We are seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success in Honolulu, HI. This national leader in luxury fitness offers an exciting opportunity for talented individuals.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales, operations, staff management, and customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience (preferred)

• Confidence in generating personal sales and supervising sales staff

• Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail

• Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a competitive spirit

• Strong judgment to recognize and implement improvements

• Passion for fitness

• Solid writing and grammar skills

• Highly organized with proficiency in data management

• Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Trustworthy with confidential information

• Ability to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and the public

• Proficiency with computers and studio management software

• College Degree (preferred)

• This is a full-time role requiring flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking

• Implement sales processes to convert prospects into members

• Manage membership and retail sales

• Manage staff scheduling and supervise sales representatives

• Hire and oversee instructors

• Make high-level customer service decisions

• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization

• Enforce policies and procedures

• Participate in community events and promotions

• Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads

• Perform other duties as assigned
