We are seeking an INDOPACOM Program Director to lead our strategic initiatives in the Indo‑Pacific region. This key role, located in Hawaii, is responsible for driving Mission Command delivery and managing a diverse team within our MOps organization. You'll work closely with cross‑functional groups to create transformative defense solutions that align with U.S. and allied military objectives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies that align technology roadmaps with regional military objectives, and U.S. national security priorities.
• Own the delivery of Mission Command in the Indo‑Pacific, integrating advanced technologies to support operational objectives.
• Serve as a people manager for the Mission Operations team in Hawaii. Pull together diverse talents, manage performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Act as the primary Mission Command liaison with U.S. Pacific Command and governmental agencies, building robust relationships to ensure rapid program integration and adaptive responses to emerging challenges.
• Oversee planning, execution, and lifecycle management while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Set a coherent product vision for Mission Command.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to define mission‑critical requirements. Communicate a consistent but tailored message for each of these audiences and provide structure for others to do the same.
• Represent Anduril at high‑level meetings and strategic engagements, articulating program objectives and outcomes to stakeholders and key decision‑makers.

• Proven leadership managing complex programs and teams, preferably in the defense or tech space.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi‑domain environments.
• Strong strategic, tactical, and program oversight skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel as necessary (up to 25%) to facilitate regional collaboration and gain a first‑hand understanding of operational conditions.
• Eligibility for a TSSCI (Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance.

• Familiarity with emerging defense technologies such as autonomous systems, AI, and sensor fusion.
• Global experience in the Indo‑Pacific or with regional allies, with insight into geopolitical dynamics.

$168,000 - $252,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
