Project Manager - Design and Construction

The Design and Construction team reports to the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction/Real Estate and supports the Organization's Chief Executive Officers and Chief Operating Officers in the acquisition and creation of Hawaii Pacific Health's patient-care locations. The team focuses on: space planning, design and construction, projects to accommodate new technologies, facility master planning, land use entitlement, leases and real property transactions.

As the Design and Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the design and construction of projects, as well as track scope, design, funding, and construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.

Pay Range: 131, USD per year

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Five (5) years experience in the design or construction industry with understanding of different project delivery methods. Local construction industry knowledge. Project management, scheduling, and budgeting experience. Understanding of building safety codes, and OSHA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience in the design or construction industry. Supervisory experience.
