How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Manager-Line Maintenance is responsible to the appropriate General Manager Line Maintenance for the safe, compliant, and economical performance of all Line Maintenance functions in their respective station.

• Review, manage, and resolve technical as well as administrative issues in the station.

• Daily oversight of maintenance activities, while working with all operational departments of the station to ensure all facets of the operation are supported. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being.

• Implements and monitors operating budget and performance plan. Tier III HNL.

• A & P Licenses and line avionics training are required.

• Previous managerial experience is required.

• Applicants must possess strong analytical skills along with a strong technical background in Delta's maintenance practices, organization and procedures.

• Candidate must possess excellent judgement and decision-making ability.

• Applicants should be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.

• Applicants must possess good written and verbal communication skills and should be well versed in the computer functions currently used in Line Maintenance.

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Pay Range: $89500.00-$245100.00 annually
