Research and Development Lead - Opening # 540 Required Security Clearance : TS / SCI

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Research and Development Leader for a 5‑Year Contract supporting DARPA. We are looking for a leader with an amazing Research & Development background with at least 15‑years of R&D experience who can speak to their prior work assignments that involved planning, developing, and executing R&D projects that have addressed unique problems for major DoD programs.

- Bachelor of Science required in any discipline with management training courses. (Master's preferred)
- 15 years of R&D experience through active duty military service, support Contractor and / or DoD civilian in a warfare specialty at progressively more difficult levels in planning, developing, and executing technical projects of a R&D nature, concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major DoD programs.
- 15 years of demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability.
- 15 years of demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs, preferably one that has transitioned to operational use, or programs related to thrust areas.
- At least 7 years of experience / background and knowledge of program transition efforts is highly desirable.
- Prefer a Master of Science with Management Training Courses
- Active TOP SECRET / Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance
Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
