Project & Program Management
The Project Manager will take primary responsibility within the project team for planning, coordinating, and delivering project activities through the entire project life cycle, from pre-development through construction and handoff to the client, on projects that are major, complex, and business critical. Under the general direction of the Project Director, the PM delivers CM&D’s Owner’s Advisor Services as an extension of the client’s team, leading projects to successful completion on time, on budget, and in exceeding the client’s expectations based on their vision and goals, in conformance with CM&D’s project management methodologies and standards.
The PM brings CM&D’s core values to every relationship (internally and externally) and engagement. Stewardship: take ownership of what is ours, following through on our commitments, and caring for the people, resources and responsibilities entrusted to us.
Collaboration:
building an aligned and effective team through working together with openness, trust, and shared purpose, valuing the perspectives and contributions of everyone involved. Professionalism: holding ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do, bringing expertise, integrity, and dedication to every engagement from start to finish. The PM will lead the project team, direct day-to-day planning, design, and construction management activities, and be instrumental to the successful development, implementation, and delivery of multiple projects across Hawaii.
