Day shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) | Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

• Shift Length & Scheduling: 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., or 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).
• Required Cases:
  General, Orthopedics, Gastrointestinal, Gynecology, Neurology, Ear, Nose and Throat, and Vascular cases. Regional Blocks optional.
• EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC).
• Care Team:
  Provider must be comfortable operating independently.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
• Licensure:
  Active Hawaii license required.
