Job Description
American Traveler seeks an experienced Med/Surg RN with a current Hawaii RN license for 12-hour rotating shifts.
Responsibilities- Work in a medical-surgical unit within a hospital setting
- Adult patient population with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
- 12-hour rotating shifts are required
- Weekend coverage may be required
- Must be able to work consecutive weekends as needed
- Holiday coverage and pay follow specific rules based on shift start time
- No affiliation with Hawaii Health Systems Corporation and no special state compliance process required
- Local candidates are accepted unless otherwise specified
- Active Hawaii RN license required prior to contract start
- Minimum of 5 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required
- Additional certifications such as PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS, and other specialty credentials are preferred or may be required based on assignment
