CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist elderly and chronically ill residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility by providing compassionate direct care and support. Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and well-being while maintaining compliance with facility standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene, ambulation, and mobility assistance to residents.
• Administer daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans accurately and document care activities thoroughly.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Work rotating shifts and ensure availability to work every weekend.

Qualifications:

• Must be certified via Prometric Hawaii prior to starting the assignment.
• Possess a valid CNA license recognized in Hawaii.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts including weekends.
• Show reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
