American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring HI licensure and recent ER experience.

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital
• 13-week assignment
• 12-hour day/night variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active RN license in HI
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) required, or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) accepted in lieu of ENPC if obtained within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 1 year recent full-time equivalent ER experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN or related degree preferred
• CEN and TNCC certifications preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate preferred
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Provide emergency nursing care to a variety of patient acuities and age groups
• Holiday coverage required as part of the rotating schedule
• Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates
