- Lead and support the nursing team on your assigned unit
- Help ensure residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support staff development, coaching, and training
- Monitor clinical outcomes and promote quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to pass employment screenings
