Performs appraisal negotiation or property management assignments which regularly encompass complex problems; may supervise a small group of lower level Right-of-Way Agents; and performs other related duties as required.
Salary: $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step C to I).

Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Basic EducationApplicants must have graduated from a regionally accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree. (In order to receive credit for an international earned college or university degree, you must attach and submit at the time of application, a copy of a completed Foreign Evaluation Credential Report that states the degree is equivalent to a US regionally accredited college or university.)
SpecializedExperience
Two and one-half (2-1/2) years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
The experience must have involved such activities as determining best use and fair rental rate or lease for the property, preparing the rental agreement, and ensuring that the terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled and disposing of property.
Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements, will apply.
Professional License RequirementApplicants must possess certification as a Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA) or Certified General Appraiser (CGA) recognized by the State of Hawaii, at the time of application. (Please attach a valid, legible copy of your CRA or CGA to your application) If you do not attach a copy of your certification, you will be deemed ineligible.
License RequirementApplicants must possess a valid driver's license in the State of Hawaii, at time of appointment.
