Previous property management, residential building management, or related experience preferred.

Employers Options is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Oversee daily residential property operations and ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance services, inspections, and communication with vendors and contractors.
• Monitor common areas, grounds, and building conditions to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with enforcing property rules, lease requirements, and community policies.
• Maintain accurate property records, incident reports, maintenance logs, and other necessary documentation.
• Communicate with property management regarding operational needs, resident issues, and ongoing projects.
• Respond to urgent property concerns and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
• Support positive resident relations and help ensure the property operates efficiently.

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
• Reliable, professional, and capable of handling resident concerns with discretion.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance, safety practices, and property operations preferred.
• Availability to respond to property emergencies as required.
