Research Scientist

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a leading manufacturer of architectural panels and steel products we are committed to continuous innovation and improvement and the Research Scientist will play a crucial role in driving our research and development efforts.

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and priorities
• Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation
• Write technical reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders
• Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

• PhD in Materials Science Chemistry or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research and development role preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of materials testing and analysis techniques
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
