Be responsible for making and delivering non-alcoholic drinks to guests;
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests;
Ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables;
Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure drinks are delivered timely and correctly;
Assist in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner.
