** The Healthcare Server is responsible for delivering meals to residents in a professional, courteous, and safe manner. The role supports resident dining services by following food safety, sanitation, infection control, and hospitality standards while helping maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. The Healthcare Server collaborates with dining team to promote excellent food, food handler safety, and organizational goals while fostering a culture of malama, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Set up and restock dining supplies and condiments before meal service.
* Assist residents with seating, meal orders, and beverage requests.
* Serve meals and specialty food items according to established procedures.
* Clear, clean, and reset dining tables promptly.
* Prepare menu tickets and assist with menu changes.
* Support training and orientation of new employees.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety following sanitation and infection-control practices.
* Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.
* Attend required training and comply with company policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable regulations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
* 1-year previous customer service experience preferred.
* Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.
* Must be available to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
