Healthcare Server

Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community is looking for a Healthcare Server! The Healthcare Server is responsible for delivering meals to residents in a professional, courteous, and safe manner. The role supports resident dining services by following food safety, sanitation, infection control, and hospitality standards while helping maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. The Healthcare Server collaborates with dining team to promote excellent food, food handler safety, and organizational goals while fostering a culture of malama, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.

This is a non-tipped position.

Key Responsibilities Set up and restock dining supplies and condiments before meal service.

Assist residents with seating, meal orders, and beverage requests.

Serve meals and specialty food items according to established procedures.

Clear, clean, and reset dining tables promptly.

Prepare menu tickets and assist with menu changes.

Support training and orientation of new employees.

Maintain cleanliness and safety following sanitation and infection-control practices.

Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.

Attend required training and comply with company policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager.
