Licensed Optician – Store #008803 Lens Crafters (Full‑time). Requisition .

• Welcome all customers and set clear expectations.
• Custom fit glasses, precisely place prescription lenses, and adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen and use technology proficiently under time pressure.
• Take and record measurements accurately.
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time across competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Maintain store appearance, keeping it clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Show resourcefulness, self‑motivation, and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
