Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to be visually appealing, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion & music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Work as part of a team, communicating effectively to get the job done.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

the pay range starts as listed, but final salary depends on factors like education, location, experience, and training.
