• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, effectively listen, and overcome objections while reselling the value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards while minimizing product losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, communicate effectively, adhere to policy, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.

• Flexible schedule and regular attendance required.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs and prolonged standing in a moderately noisy retail environment.
• Adherence to Spectrum’s dress code required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with goal‑ and incentive‑based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to exceed sales goals.
• Positive, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills.

• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.
• 1–5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of telecommunications or wireless experience.
