• Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system and comply with all cash‑handling procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and other tender forms, including coupons.
• Comply with company policies, store procedures, safety and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and perform shift audits.
• Participate in all safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory meetings as needed.
• Maintain site cleanliness inside and out, including basic equipment upkeep and reporting equipment issues.
• Work cooperatively with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Perform all duties with minimal supervision; be flexible with hours and attend job‑related meetings.

• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Use 20/40 vision to view inventory levels, numbers on pumps, and other items.
• Communicate information clearly to others.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to safety alarms.
• Frequently reach overhead, grip, and move wrists and fingers to restock and operate the POS, gun payments, and store equipment.
• Frequently squat and kneel for stocking and replenishment.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds; lift up to 20 pounds from floor to waist and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Climb a stepladder to stock or retrieve materials.

• Minimum age 21 with legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Proficient English speaking and writing, including telephone communication.
• Regular attendance and punctuality on scheduled shifts.
• Ability to operate equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Perform essential duties in the described conditions.

Part‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week are offered an Employee Assistance Program, eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan, and the option to purchase company stock at discounted prices.
