Summary
Guide and inspire customers by providing gracious service, fashion guidance, and product knowledge. Build long-term client relationships in store and online while delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
- Build customer relationships and drive sales using technology.
- Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain merchandising standards, sales floor and fitting room upkeep, and operational requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
