Support the store's daily receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Process merchandise and customer orders accurately while providing a welcoming experience and helping the store meet business needs.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders, and pack shipments carefully.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support major store events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
