Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - Ala Moana

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor assists the store team during peak business periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. Working across the sales floor and back of house, the role supports client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and visual merchandising.

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Support replenishment, go-backs, receiving, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with inventory activities and maintain clean, organized spaces and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible, reliable support to the team and follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Client-focused, dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
