Job Description Summary
Assists the Store Manager with daily store operations, employee supervision, customer service, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Supervise employees in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service tasks.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and document employee performance as needed.
- Support sales, merchandising, pricing, display, and inventory control.
- Enforce safety, security, health, and sanitation standards.
- Oversee cash handling and cashier procedures.
- Communicate with managers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with weekly scheduling and other management duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Some college preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of retail, supermarket, or liquor industry experience.
- Prior management experience required.
- Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
