Role DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you are vital to daily business operations and customer success. You grow the agency through meaningful client relations, serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively market relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
