- Execute initial steps of the sales process following a 10‑week training program that includes online learning, business role plays and real‑time sales scenarios.
- Research and build call sheets of targeted customers using tools such as Linked In, Seismic, and Gong.
- Document, track, and research all leads generated from the Recruiter Lead Program.
- Build overall customer profiles and develop talk tracks for each customer.
- Perform outreach to the targeted customer list and document weekly activity.
- Partner with the Director of Business Operations to use the Inward Lens tool to identify lost customers and generate new meetings.
- Success in this role can lead to promotion to Account Manager, where responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing new and existing customer relationships using Salesforce, Hoovers, and other resources.
- Increasing sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
- Contacting and meeting with prospective customers to establish needs, hiring cycles, and build intimate relationships.
- Preparing and presenting sales information and effective proposals to customers.
- Partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent to fulfill client needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associate’s Degree with 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience OR a degree in sales OR sales internship experience OR active membership in a collegiate sales club or organization.
- A strong desire for a career in B2B sales.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
- Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character.
- Ability to overcome obstacles without becoming discouraged and a willingness to collaborate to achieve goals.
- Strong propensity to learn.
Salary: $60,000 + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually). Upon promotion to Account Manager, eligible for monthly car and cell phone allowance.
10‑week training compensation: $21 per hour, eligible for overtime.
