Showroom Sales Support Representative

• Work hand‑in‑hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing behind‑the‑scenes sales functions that ensure our customers’ needs met.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through accurate order processing for Showroom customers and builders.
• Update customers on order status, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, support after‑sale service calls, and answer sales calls for general information.
• Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Hourly $20.57 – $32.91.
