Pay: $50,000 to $60,000/year + Commission

Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

• Actively sell company services in a high-volume, results-driven environment
• Strategically prioritize your time to meet and exceed sales goals
• Lead discovery conversations to identify client challenges and opportunities
• Confidently present, pitch, and propose services as tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in a CRM or similar system
• Negotiate contracts that drive both immediate success and long-term value
• Forecast closed deals across sales and recruiting efforts
• Educate clients, prospects, and users with clear, relevant, and accurate service information

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to build relationships while managing multiple detail-oriented tasks
• Analytical decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent time management and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Strong phone sales skills with a sense of urgency and confidence
• Base pay + uncapped commission
