Showcase Presenter (Japanese‑Speaking)
OverviewJoin Hilton Grand Vacations as a Showcase Presenter. The role presents the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio of products to assigned tours, ensuring a positive guest experience, driving sales results, and partnering with Sales Executives, TO Sales Leaders, and Sales Management.
ScheduleSales Department operates seven days a week. Shifts begin between 7:00 am and 7:45 am and end after client interaction. A five‑day work week is assigned following training, based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate PowerPoint or other format presentations while speaking.
- Ensure integrity and excellence in podium presentation and materials, including equipment.
- Deliver sales results and maintain high standards of professionalism when interacting with team members, management, owners, members, and prospects.
- Support and coordinate with the Training Department and Learning & Development on presentation curriculum, methods, and product knowledge.
- Assist with morning meetings, specific training, ride‑alongs, as requested by management.
- Prepare presentation materials and ensure computer equipment is functional before each tour.
- Maintain the presentation area for readiness for next tours.
- Meet and greet guests as they wait for the tour to begin.
- Understand the Hilton Grand Vacations Sales process and attend refresher trainings as needed.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Hilton Grand Vacation products, usage rules, and product knowledge.
- Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales Management.
- 1–3 years of proven experience delivering presentations or public speaking.
- Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a dynamic speaking style.
- Knowledge of presentation/public speaking fundamentals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Hawaii State Real Estate License.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous work experience or coursework in entertainment, theater, performing arts, or related fields.
- Previous timeshare experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Pay rate: $15 per hour plus commission and bonuses; target annual earnings of $80,000 based on performance.
