Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues at no less than 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter, with paid sick leave in accordance with state law.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods (November through December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date. The training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense, along with ongoing online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
