Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Honolulu, HI, for a media Account Executive. You will manage client relationships, direct sales to achieve sales goals and objectives, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating sales presentations, managing budgets, and collaborating with client and internal creative teams to deliver results‑driven media channels. The position also involves monitoring market trends, providing performance reports, and representing NMG Network at industry events and meetings.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of all projects and campaigns.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in sales, account and client relationship management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and building collaborative partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, preparing budgets, and creating sales presentations.
  • A background in marketing, business development, or related fields is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of the hospitality and travel industry is advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and proactive in achieving targets and identifying opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
